Shopping Policy

So we all know where we stand, here is our straight forward Shopping Policy:

  1. If we are unable to ship your order within 5 days of receiving it, we will contact you via email to determine an appropriate alternative.  This may include the shipment of an alternate product/colour or a later shipment.
  2. We are committed to providing only the best quality products. In the unlikely event of you receiving a product that doesn’t meet your expectations, please don’t hesitate to contact us.  Once we discussed the issue we will ask you to ship the unworn product back to us. If we agree that the product is faulty, we will be happy to organise a replacement and compensate you for the return postage.
  3. We do not offer refunds on products purchased due to change of mind. We will offer an exchange if the original product is still in a saleable condition and the packaging is still intact. In this case, shipping will be at your cost. 
  4. We aim to please and hope that you will become a regular customer, and also share this discovery with your friends. Any feedback on the site, the sales process and, of course, the socks themselves will be gratefully received.
  5. We provide free shipping within Australia when you order a minimum of 3 pairs.
